Our supply chain management is generally limited to the vendors and third-party suppliers contracted for operations at our corporate headquarters, including legal, accounting, financial and strategic advisors, as well as the vendors and third-party suppliers that are necessary for our corporate operations. Our external golf course manager is responsible for procurement and operations at our golf courses pursuant to the terms of our management agreement. Tenants in our triple-net lease portfolio independently control their own supply chain management at those properties pursuant to the terms of the respective lease agreements.

Our Responsible Supplier Principles outline our expectations for the responsible business practices of our third-party suppliers, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  In alignment with our own commitment to operate in a sustainable manner, we are committed to working with suppliers who share our goals and values with respect to environmental sustainability; drive environmental sustainability through energy, water, and waste conservation policies; implement sustainability and conservation initiatives in their businesses; and support efforts to engage in business practices that promote environmental sustainability, such as by providing recycled content and reduced packaging options.  We are committed to working with suppliers who have a commitment to a diverse workplace; institute and enforce policies prohibiting harassment and discrimination; prohibit forced labor, abuse of labor (including human trafficking) and child labor; comply with all applicable local and national wage, work hours, overtime, and benefits laws; and support environmental sustainability and business integrity.  In addition, we are committed to including and supporting suppliers that represent diverse backgrounds, experiences, expertise, and skills to assist us in supplying and growing our business. When available and feasible, we seek out opportunities to advance economic inclusion and to work with minority and women-owned or disadvantaged business enterprises.
