VICI Properties owns four championship golf courses located in Indiana, Mississippi and Nevada and operated by an affiliate of Cabot, CDN Golf. The courses comprise 72 holes and have been designed by Jack Nicklaus, Rees Jones and Bill Bergin, and are located near certain of our gaming properties, two of which are in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. Amenities across the courses include clubhouses, restaurants, event space, golf shops and The Butch Harmon School of Golf.
Cascata
Cascata was built in 2000 by golf course architect Rees Jones. It is located southeast of Las Vegas, approximately 25 miles from the Strip, and includes a clubhouse with a restaurant, golf shop, and event space. The course is ranked in Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Courses You Can Play.

Chariot Run
Chariot Run is a Bill Bergin-designed, equestrian-themed, bent-grass course. It opened in 2002 and is located 12 miles from the Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino. The course includes a clubhouse with a dining room, pro shop and event space.

Rio Secco
Rio Secco, designed by Rees Jones, opened in 1997 and is located in the south Las Vegas foothills, approximately 14 miles from the Strip. The course operates the Butch Harmon School of Golf and includes a clubhouse with a restaurant, golf shop and event space. On October 10, 2017, Rio Secco completed a $2M+ complete refurbishment of the course.
