Team VICI is comprised of approximately 28 full-time employees working primarily from our headquarters in New York City, with certain employees working remotely across the country.

Employee Engagement and Satisfaction
As a close-knit organization, we rely on our employees to drive positive outcomes in all areas of our business, both externally and internally. We are committed to advancing our employee engagement efforts and programs to provide opportunities for our employees to grow personally and professionally and contribute to the growth of the organization by providing feedback on their experience and identifying areas of focus or potential improvement. We obtain feedback from our employees in a variety of ways, including an annual employee engagement survey and periodic pulse surveys, and utilize the results and insights to monitor employee satisfaction, obtain qualitative and quantitative feedback, and further improve our company and culture.

Education and Training Opportunities
We believe that our social responsibility efforts are supported by education and training that promote values, beliefs and attitudes that contribute to the ability of individuals to uphold their own rights and protect the rights of others, and provide opportunities to develop and retain knowledge on environmental, and health and safety issues. We offer education opportunities, training, and communications to our employees on various issues, including topics that are core to our business operations and strategy, compliance with our policies, data security, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination, and corporate responsibility. We also maintain various employee development and training programs intended to facilitate greater knowledge and understanding for our employees outside of their direct roles and responsibilities. We evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs on an ongoing basis and seek to continuously improve the quality and value we offer to our employees, including by seeking regular feedback from our employees.

Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellness
We are committed to providing each employee with a safe and healthy work environment and establish our expectation that each employee is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all other employees by following safety and health rules and reporting requirements. In furtherance of such commitment, we provide support and resources for our employees to maintain their health, safety, and wellness, including through the physical and virtual environments in which we conduct our business; the amenities, compensation and benefits packages, and resources we provide; and the culture we collectively establish and maintain as an organization. We comply with all applicable laws and industry standards on health and safety, wage and working hours, including overtime, and benefits. Our compensation is competitive in the markets in which we operate, and we are committed to providing a fair and living wage to all of our employees.
All employees are responsible and accountable for contributing to a safe working environment, including fostering safe working attitudes, conducting business in a responsible manner, and striving to ensure that the corporate social responsibility commitments of our Company are reflected in our dealings with third parties.
We comply with relevant occupational health and safety standards, such as ISO 14005, and those set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and seek to continually improve the performance of our occupational health and safety processes. We have plans and procedures in place to prepare for and respond to emergency situations at our corporate headquarters, such as natural disasters, fires, severe weather events, medical emergencies, and other public emergencies. These actions include emergency response plans, regular drills, employee training, evacuation procedures, communication protocols, and coordination with building management and local emergency services. To the extent appropriate for our operations, we also have procedures to investigate work-related injuries, ill health, and occupational and safety incidents, such as near misses, slips and falls, equipment-related accidents, and exposure to hazardous substances. These procedures include prompt incident reporting, documentation of findings, and follow-up monitoring to ensure continuous improvement in workplace safety. We have had zero fatalities or work-related injuries in the history of the Company.

All employees receive training on discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Employees are required to report any incidents specific to harassment or discrimination that they encounter to Human Resources for further escalation if necessary.
Any incidents related to discrimination or harassment, including improper interference with the ability of our employees to perform their expected job duties or any other violation of this policy, are not tolerated and any employee or supervisor who engages in such conduct is subject to discipline, up to and including the termination of employment. The Company does not permit retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, and in accordance with our procedure, reports any act of apparent misconduct.
