Ryan Dewey is an Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining VICI, she was an associate in the Real Estate practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where she advised clients on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, including senior, mezzanine and construction loans. Ms. Dewey received a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
