Mr. Valoy is our Vice President, Business Development & Acquisitions. He has over 15 years of experience working within and covering the gaming sector. Prior to joining VICI, he was a Vice President in Equity Research at Deutsche Bank covering the Gaming, Lodging and Leisure sectors with specific responsibility for the gaming REITs, operating companies and equipment manufacturers. Previously, Mr. Valoy was Director of Corporate Finance for Wynn Resorts based in Macau, as a member of the finance team that established Wynn in China in 2006. He started his career as a legal assistant in the corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions groups with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Valoy holds a bachelor of arts in Economics from New York University.
