Mr. Lewis is an Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining VICI, he was an associate in the Capital Markets practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York, where he advised issuers and underwriters on a broad range of debt and equity offerings, securities law and exchange compliance, corporate governance and related matters. Mr. Lewis received a dual B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Virginia Tech and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
