Allison Hight is our Head of People. Prior to joining VICI, Allison served as Head of People at Avenue One, a real estate platform connecting institutional investors and local operators, where she led the full scope of the people function. She brings more than 15 years of human resources experience building and executing talent strategy, spanning retail and, most recently, the real estate and finance sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
