Corporate Giving and Community Impact
We are committed to supporting charitable causes and organizations that positively impact our stakeholders, including our communities, employees, tenants, the REIT and real estate industries, gaming, and other experiential sectors through the leadership of our VICI Volunteers group.
Human Rights and Labor
Due to the nature of our business and operations through triple-net leases, we have limited exposure to human rights issues and risks. Nevertheless, we believe that respect for all human rights reflects our core values and, therefore, that it is our responsibility to minimize human rights risks in all activities of the Company.
Corporate Responsibility Reporting
On an annual basis, we release a consolidated report outlining our continuing efforts to advance our corporate responsibility initiatives. Our annual report includes substantive information and updates, as well as indices in alignment with or in reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Task-Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) – Real Estate Standard, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
