Mr. Kitson is an Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining VICI, he was an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services practice at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, where he advised clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. Mr. Kitson received a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
