Mr. Somogyi is an Assistant General Counsel and Director of Compliance. Prior to joining VICI, he was an associate in the Real Estate practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York. While in private practice, Mr. Somogyi advised real estate owners, developers, funds, REITs and financial institutions on a broad range of commercial transactions. Mr. Somogyi received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in history from Carleton College.
